Modern Mansion, This estate features five bedrooms, eight bathrooms and has over 7000 square feet of living space. Our tour begins with the custom design mahogany and glass door. Alright, guys, welcome inside. So this home feels like a five-star resort. You’ve got these beautiful 36-inch tiled marble floors. These go throughout the whole first level. And then to my left, you’ve got this formal dining room. You’ve got that beautiful feature wall there with a mirror and the brass accents along the sides. Nice touch, and above, you’ve got that suspended ceiling with that custom chandelier seating for eight grand dining room. I love it. So this is your formal living room with that view of the pool in the backyard. And then above. I mean, take a look at this light fixture. How grand is that out as a massive pendant?
Absolutely in the details and a ceiling with that wood accent. Yeah. And then this is your feature firewall. I like the color of it helps offset the floor. Yeah, a little bit of contrast. And then below, you’ve got the natural gas fireplace good set up.
I’m getting cozy already. Let’s go this way
These doors would all open up. You get that air coming in nice and breezy at Florida air that Florida air and then behind me the kitchen. That is a dream. Absolutely. Can I say something about the sink, though? I like how sleek it looks. I’ve never seen it’s almost like a zero-edge type.
Yeah, these clean lines. And then behind me, you’ve got these high gloss veneer cabinets sleek looking. You get double ovens even get yourself a warming tray. And then behind here, you’ve got your walk-in pantry. And then over here is where you do all the cooking. This is where it happens. You got this beautiful stainless steel hood fan kind of feels like you were at, um, you know, the old burger joints where they had no the details on the backsplash.
Yeah, yeah, I love that. Watching the guy cut from the burger. Yeah. And then over here, you’ve got this six-burner wolf grill. And then my favorite, the pot filler. Of course, it would be because you’re telling. That’s right. So right over here, you’ve got the freezer, and you’ve got the fridge. And then here you’ve got some good old-fashioned Royal Palm water. So thank you, royal comm, for letting us take this today. And then you’ve got these beverage coolers. So there’s two of them so that you can put all your drinks and beers in there.
That’s handy and so put it in the fridge
Absolutely. And right this way, you’ve got that eating dining room with views of the backyard and the pool. It does look like a music note. I like it. I do like it. So right off this beautiful kitchen is your club room. Club rooms are basically like a media room, and the entertainment space comes with a bar. You’ve got yourself this beautiful sitting area with the TV you can Netflix and chill. And then behind me are the doors that we actually walkthrough. You notice their barn doors. Okay, beautiful barn doors and they have barn doors on that exit as well. All right. And then over here in this corner, you’ve got the cabana back to the cabana bath is the bathroom off of the pool. Okay, there’s an extra door.

But one thing I like is these wall coverings. It’s like a gold zebra print. It looks very classic in here like the gold flake is beautiful. And let’s make our way back. I mean, check out this even though these beautiful shutters are on the windows. So, Bob, you can see the details in the ceilings. You don’t just put like regular ceilings, and the builders go above and beyond the wood between each slab. Yeah, you got some lovely wood accents in there. And then I mean, come on.
What’s a club room without a bar? Get this nice stone counter. All boys over have a drink. Bring the boys over have a drink after a game of golf after a round of golf all around, round. Yeah, that’s right. I’m a hockey guy. Yeah. But then you’ve got yourself a cooler. I like that it’s an ice machine. Come on. The coolers are right here. Okay, so we got the more remarkable, we got the ice machine for beautiful pennants. One real nice detail about this bar is this tile backsplash here. So it’s glass that looks like a pricey tile to put in here. It does look like an expensive tile. It’s probably because it is through the barn doors.
We’re going to make our way to the laundry room
The laundry was very nice. You’ve got that gray subway tile backsplash, beautiful countertops, Electrolux washer and dryer, and even a picturesque window right above your sink. Perfect. I know. And then over here, you’ve got the three-car garage right off of the garage entrance is a perfect powder room with Lux wallpaper and gold X.
Further down the hallway is a temperature-controlled glass wine room with a suspension racking system. Alright, so before we check out the office and the master bedroom, I had to show you this elevator. Take a look at the details here. I got that brass finish again with a mirror. And then, below that marble floor, they carried into there. I mean, wow—these builders s rd. SRT is doing it. Now over here. This is your office. Take a look at this custom-built shelf that connects perfectly with a desk. Get this nice glass finish here. You got these lovely little pendants. They look like tiny crystals ROPs. Alright, so now we’re going to head to the master suite. Check this out. You got a beautiful view of your backyard with the spa and the pool. Not only that, one other detail is this glass is tinted.

Okay, and so behind the bed itself, you got this beautiful glass mirror wall, it’s got that subway tile look, I mean, and check out the lighting fixture again. Now let’s make our way to the master bathrooms. One thing I love to see is this textured wall covering. It’s amazing. Alright, so now we’re going to head into his side of the master bath. Come on in. You’ve got this beautiful closet here. Now check out this walk-in closet—all custom. And then to my left, you’ve got a water closet with the toilets.
And right down the center, you got this frameless glass shower got a beautiful picture as window rain head. You got the custom vanity big near, I mean, check out those lights right there. Alright, let’s go check out her side. You girls are going to love this. Take a look at this bathroom. Wow, do the custom vanity here. You got three mirrors, maybe one for makeup, one for hair and the other one for I don’t know what else you do in the mirror. What else are women doing me? Let me know. And then over here, we got that beautiful soaker tub with a window and even another frameless shower. I do like the towel back here.
Yeah, it’s excellent tile. Over here. This is her water closet. But check out this closet. All white. It’s got that high gloss finish to it. Yeah. Lovely beautiful Ottoman in the middle. Alright, so now we’re going to go and take a look at the second level. On it Come on this way. Before we go up there, you’ll notice again the foyer you got these beautiful high ceilings and then this wonderful-looking staircase.

I forget what it is. Alright, let’s head upstairs an hour on a second level. And to my right here, you’ve got your second-floor laundry room in here. You’ve got this massive closet. You can put all your towels in there. And then, in this store, you’ve got your bright home tower. It has ventilation to keep it cool in there as well, right up top. And this is your second-floor laundry. Beautiful backslash. You got that nice countertop again with two windows. It’s the Brighton area and here. You get the Electrolux washer and dryer, and I noticed they carried on the floor from down below. Modern Mansion
Yeah, you got that marble floor again.That leads you to this drying station where you hang all your wet clothes, or maybe a damp dog. Some people like to convert this to enjoy a pet washing station, so they’ll get a little water spot in here. Spray your pet down. So make our way to the bedrooms. So there are four bedrooms upstairs. There are two on this site right here. The first bedroom upstairs has access to the balcony, a walking closet, and an ensuite bath. And then, in this corner, you’ve got two more additional bedrooms. Finally, the fourth bedroom with balcony access also has a walk-in closet. And you guessed it, an ensuite bathroom. Alright, so now we’re going to make our way outside. I think you should take the stairs and I’ll take the elevator. Do you want to race? Yeah, race number two, see what’s up. Yeah, so I want to show them that zero post sliding doors. Let’s go. Let’s do this. Alright, so this is that zero post I was talking about. These two sliding doors will come in and lock together rather than having a position in the middle, and the doors latched into that post. So the developer went that extra step. Yeah. So could you keep it clean and open? They also did that on the corner over there. Now before we show you anything else, let’s show them this backyard. I will show you this backyard oasis. So first you’ve got this lovely spa. It overflows with the steps in between. Yeah, it flows right into the pool.
So this is a heated pool. So you’ve got some marble tile floors here. And I’ll check out this pool. It’s long enough to do laps in. You’ve got three beautiful fountains, two excellent fire braces on the ends with water flowing through them as well. Check out this is your patio area. It’s covered lots of space, put your couches, chill, read a book. And you have a TV behind you if you want to watch the game. Modern Mansion. There it is. Alright, let’s make our way over here. This is that beautiful kitchen that we showed you earlier, as well as zero posts. That’s right. And you can eat your food out here in this dining area. I mean, who doesn’t like to eat outside? You get the sound of the water.

That’s right. You got your summer kitchen out here with bars seating around—beautiful stainless steel barbecue. And that’s that cabana bath we checked. So that is the exit for the cabana bath.
