Modern House in Boca Raton, Welcome to 2352 acorn palm row, a modern contemporary home located in Boca Raton. This home features five bedrooms, seven bathrooms and has just over 6000 square feet of living space. Our tour begins as we walk up the granite stone driveway to the custom glass pivoting door. So welcome inside. Now the first thing I noticed about this home are these nine-inch wide hardwood floors. But also look at that ceiling. You’ve got that designer chandelier with the tray ceiling. And then, as your eyes work your way down, you’ve got this beautiful staircase with the glass paneling and the wood tread tops. Your beautiful hardwood floor leads you to your open concept living room.
You’ve got this open concept living room with double tray ceilings. I even got LEDs up in there. And you’ve got this lovely wood paneling on both sides that keeps it kind of warm in here. Yeah, so you get these places with all white. It’s kind of warms up the whole space a bit here we’ve got your very own elevator, this takes you to the dungeon I’m I’m lying, I’m lying, not the jail here you’ve got a tiny storage closet. And then, in this corner, you’ve got yourself your pattern. I mean, like look at the lights up there. Those are nice. Those are wavy yet little wavy-looking lights, and get these quartz countertops.
And then this marble tile floor, like how it continues on the wall
Yeah, you got that nice picture window. And then over here, you’ve got your triple car garage. I’m pretending this can go up. Thank you for showing over here. This is where the cooking happens right off the bat. You’ve got these large oversize double freezer and fridge from Sub Zero super-wide doors. One thing I like about it is the front match the cabinets above what’s behind here. And then behind me, we’ve got this excellent stainless steel hood with this beautiful wolf grill top.
Then another cool thing is you got this pot filler. I mean, who doesn’t love a pot filler? No. Why? Why walk over here where you can be right here. If you got a big pot, you know you want to spill it. Just push that button there. So they’re tucked away nicely when you don’t need them. We’ve got this high-end wolf appliance. Now, this all makes that high-end well it’s a little bit different than some of the other ones. At the same time, they would have a handle or something like that. This is kind of just a push to touch opens up clean.

So I’ll be the x, you can be those cheating, I get an extra try. And so you got this wide temperature-controlled rack. Look at that. And you guys can guess how many balls to fit in there. We’ll leave that there for two seconds so you can guess start counting.
All right. Over here, we’ve got the study. This is we get everything done. You’ve got that custom built-in right there that’s in the wallet again. And even the custom desk, sitting area on both sides, big window, you got that big picturesque window as well. We’ve got a little bit some special was that it was kind of like a guest suite, but they call it the VIP suite. You get your stackable washer and dryer. Not only that, you get a bedroom that’s pretty much the size of master windows all the way around. I got that nice marble detail in the middle. The in-laws would be happy with it. Yeah, you put your parents in here. You say you know what you guys stay in this corner of the house because our master bedrooms are way upstairs. And that’s where we’re headed.
Let’s head towards the master suite
Before that, you got your elevator access here. You also got this beautiful laundry room. This is very clean. It’s wide open. I got these beautiful tiles. You get the penny tile backsplash, white sandy cabinet finish, which is nice. And as well you got the Electrolux appliances. I mean, this room is bright. Do you know what’s clean and what’s dirty? All right, let’s make our way to the master suite. To my left, we’ve got the bathroom and two water closets, one on each side. And then over here, you’ve got your morning bar with that beautiful quartz countertop.
Again, you got the subzero fridge. So what I would do in the mornings was brew myself a cup of coffee, get my robe, and then go on the deck. So this is his side. You got this big large van to be plenty of room. You got that porcelain that goes from the top here. To the floors. These are big porcelain tiles. Of course, you got your big soaker tub.
To my right, you’ve got her vanity, I mean, look at the size of this
She’s got a makeup spot, sink, in even extra storage on the side there. And then right here, you got your frameless shower with the rain head above. Eye color glass doesn’t go all the way up. Yeah, it’s open and airy. You’ve got everything inside there. And this is a beautiful shower. And I’ve room for. I would say for people comfortably if you are into that if you’re into that. So before we show you the bedroom, we’ve got to show you these closets. So there’s something cool about these closets. Yeah, let’s go to watch these lights. Just turn it on. Look at that. Check it out. Let’s go check this out. Look at this patio. This is a lot of space, and it wraps all the way around. So it wraps around the main living room. The one that’s right at the top of the stairs. You’ve got enough room for a TV nice couch, and a sort of cozy area to chill. So over in this corner, you’ve got yourself three additional bedrooms. The second bedroom features two picture windows and also has a walk-in closet with an ensuite bathroom. Finally, the largest of the three bedrooms features an open balcony that faces the front of the home, along with a walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom. And those three bedrooms, you come over here, you’ve got the stairs to go down, and you also have the elevator and then the guests you Gonna take that. So what I’m going to do is I’m going to take the elevator, and you guys can take this there. We’ll see who gets there first. I’m going to beat you guys. Please don’t fall in the beat and watch. Okay, so we just got outside. Now, this is your outdoor kitchen. You got to sing your fridge and your stainless steel barbecue. And then over here is your spa. Nice little toasty place when it’s cold outside. Take a dip right there. Even your swimming pool is heated with this nice mosaic tile around the outside. You got three little fountains you can adjust the height on them. So as you can tell, we started it up and went a little bit too high here. Then the floors here are all-ceramic top.
