The Hemlock Treehouse, We are in a winter wonderland today that everybody dreams of, including me, at the hemlock tree house right behind me. This Treehouse is suspended over this beautiful ravine that has impressive views. And in the winter, these vast icicles are hanging everywhere right now, and I want to be giving you a tour of this beautiful, beautiful Treehouse. So let’s go check this place out. Today we’re in hocking hills, Ohio; it seems like I’m here very often because this place is gorgeous, and it gets just as many visitors as Yellowstone National Park, which is pretty awesome. That tells you how great Hocking Hills is, and they have beautiful tree houses and cabins here, and today, we’re at the hemlock treehouse by hocking Hills Tree House cabins. This Treehouse is not on Airbnb.
So if you want to book this place, you have to check out the link below and visit their website. They also have other tree houses on this beautiful property. So after you book the hemlock treehouse, you’ll arrive onto your property, and you’ll drive down, and you’ll arrive at your Treehouse, you’ll park up at the top. And you can tell that you have this whole property to yourself. And I don’t even know how difficult it would have been to build a treehouse down in this ravine.
But you can see this landscape, and the train is gorgeous and majestic
And you’ve just walked down your steps that lead down to your Treehouse, there are a lot of steps, but that is because your Treehouse is over the ravine where in the summer the water will flow down. But you’ll walk down them. There’s this rope handle. And then, to the left, you’ll lead to your Treehouse. So we’ll continue down the left, and you’ll walk straight down right into your Treehouse. And this Treehouse is very, very beautiful. On the outside, there are lots of different angles and points. And the tree is a round cylindrical shape, which is unique. And right now, the snow is all the snow everywhere. It looks wonderful.
This feels like you’re in a winter wonderland or even in the summer. But we’re going to continue along on the outside before we take a step on the inside. There’s a wraparound deck actually around the entire Treehouse. If you take a look off to your left, you get a beautiful view of this ravine, you can see all the icicles everywhere, and the beauty is just unmatched to anywhere else. I’ve been to this ravine, and all the icicles and trees everywhere really make you feel particular bull continue around the deck. Over here, you have a pair of sliding doors to walk into these, which leads into your living room area.
But we’ll continue around the deck take a step on the right side of this deck
And this leads to the main decking area, but this tree right here, you can first see all of these metal postings in it. This is for supporting the Treehouse. This is a legit treehouse. And right here, you tell how much it takes to keep this Treehouse on these trees, and you can take a look at all the trees grown up through this deck. And you continue along, and you have some more seating options over here. Suppose you want to have some coffee out here and enjoy your beautiful view of all the rocks and everything out here.
You can walk right into your master bedroom, but there’s also a small table out here for you to use. You’re up a lot higher than on the bottom deck. So for more beautiful views and from up here, you can see your whole hot tub and firepit area, which is where we will head next. Walk across this bridge and up the steps, and you reach your hot tub and firepit area. This is a unique aspect of the Hocking Hills Treehouse cabins from my experience. This hot tub is a wood-burning hot tub. It’s unique. It’s the same one at the beach. Treehouse, but essentially, it is this cedar hot tub. On the right, you have a wood-burning stove that you can feed into, which burns the wood and heats the water inside your hot tub. It’s effortless to control.
You can block the flames if it ever gets too hot or turns the vent back on for your hot tub
It is a delightful experience. And then whenever you’re in the hot tub. It can fit two people, so you couples out there, but you have a beautiful view looking down the ravine from this hot tub. And then across from that is your fire pit, and they provide a bunch of wood for you. You can’t go wrong with a firepit with a cabin and Treehouse to fit the coziness of your stay, but we’re not done yet. You can continue up the steps, and you have a gazebo up here for a romantic dinner or anything like that with your significant other. When you’re out here, you’re surrounded by all the beautiful trees and nature.
I know I keep saying that, but that’s my favorite part of this whole stay, just where you’re located. You can’t get this really in too many places. This is a very nice day. But we will walk back down to your cabin, and we’ll enter through the front door, and you instantly walk into your living room and kitchen space. That kind of combined all in one, I say I would consider this a tiny house treehouse. Because the floor plan is very tiny. And I’m pretty sure it’s under 500 square feet, so tiny but the first thing in your living room, though, is the middle seating area.

This faces your electric fireplace right here, so in the winter, you can get all cozy in here, and you have your sliding doors right in front of you. This also gives you great views of the ravine and everything. And then off over here on the right is your dining area. It is this little Nutkin here. I love these windows. I go all around this area. You got 180 views of nature, and this live edge wood top is beautiful, and the matching seats. I love it a lot. They even provide a s’mores kit for you for that fireplace will continue along you have this whole rack of games right here can’t go wrong games in your Treehouse and then you have your kitchen that kind of wraps around the whole back of the space. There’s a lot of kitchen space for this tiny house.
These cabinets all underneath have all the utensils you would need. I love the wood they used for these cabinets. It is beautiful. And then on top, you have everything you would need for a kitchen. On the left side, you have these electric burners, your tiny sink. They provide you with local coffee grounds, which is awesome. And they have these mugs that you can purchase yourself if you like them, and then they have a small oven over here and a toaster, and it doesn’t stop there above the sink. You have all of the spices that you can think of or oils used for cooking which is very nice to have in a rental, so it’ll continue, and you have a spiral staircase that leads up to the top

There’s a sign that says bang head here because you probably will bang your head if you’re not paying attention. Be can walk up, and you feel like you’re in a fairy tale or Lord of the Rings or something walking up the steps, and then you make it to your master bedroom area. And it is a very similar shape to the living room. It’s all around it. And if you look up, you even have this beautiful dome top right above your bed. Right here in the middle is your queen size bed. And underneath. There’s plenty of drawers and storage for you to use. And the bed actually faces your sliding door that we mentioned earlier in this video.
It’s so when you’re in bed. You don’t have to get back up and turn off the lights or turn the lights in. My favorite part of all the indoor space is the small reading nook. Again with the 180 windows, whenever you’re up here sitting and reading, it is the perfect size for lounging or if you’re coming up here to read a book or anything. This is the ultimate cozy space with beautiful views of nature, and I love the spot lot. And then behind your bedroom is your bathroom space. So you can open up the sliding door, and you enter into your bathroom. You have your toilets, your vanity, which matches the cabinets downstairs, and then you have your tiled shower on the other side.
This is a pretty small bathroom but just enough space to fit into this Treehouse, and it looks gorgeous up here
So this is your Treehouse, the hemlock. I love All the shiplap inside, and the wood that they use is unique also. For the trim up on the ceiling, they use this rope, which adds to the Treehouse. I’ve never seen this before. Cool feature. And just with all the decking and amenities that This place offers and the fact that there are three other tree houses on this property so you, your friends, and family can all rent them out.
