According to a statement from the Zeewolde, the Netherlands, based Spyker Cars, the Swedish brand Saab and the German auto major, Bayerische Motoren Werke, known for their BMW line, are in talks forming an alliance which would be beneficial for Saab and will provide the much needed technological turnaround.

BMW SaabIn their statement Spyker said that the, “The Swedish brand has confirmed that they are talking with BMW in and will be giving the further details after the final agreement has been attained”.

Our auto experts have reported that Saab motors have called a press conference at their headquarters in Trollhattan, Sweden, but haven’t reported anything about the reason for the press conference. If and when this alliance between BMW and Saab motors takes place it will be immensely beneficial for Saab, especially considering the fact that the brand has just came out of financial crunch.
