Frontline Golf House, Ladies and gentlemen welcome back. Today it’s my pleasure to be back in Zabaleta, which most of you will know is one of the best organizations in Europe. you know that we’ve told the most expensive houses for sale in Zavaleta, like the house you can see over there, which we told you the beginning, see if someone can guess which one it is. And it’s got a beautiful mix of more than and illusion architecture, which I’m a huge fan of when you see properties that have that personality transmit character. The specs on this house are a blot of 3750 square meters, a built size of 1000 square meters, six-bedroom suites, an indoor heated pool, spa gym, cinema, huge Garage, and a massive garden platform with great privacy. And right next to the north gate. If you’ve seen my area towards the Galletta, you know how important is the location. The house inside Zabaleta’s driveway is very spacious and long. We’ve got plenty of parking space to maneuver. There’s another driveway going into the Garage. I always like it when you have that fence, a driveway leading to the property, and the house kind of raises in front of you.

We entered the hallway, very ample space got the kitchen to my right, which you will see a bit later on to my left to go this staircase left as a water space to sweeten the guest toilet. I know about you, but I think it’s fantastic to have enough space in the kitchen so you can spend the more family time that you can together. The bedrooms are very decent sized, enjoying lots of lights from all the windows and the bathrooms are very spacious with high-quality marble. Upstairs we’ve got three more bedroom suites, including the master to the right we’ve got two-bedroom suites, which are identical to the bedroom downstairs. But they have their own small intimate private terrace enjoying the beautiful views.
The master suite has amazing sights featuring this intimate private terrace overlooking the mountain and the golf views. Behind the wall. We also have a huge walk-in closet that separates the master from my other bedrooms for noise purposes and beautiful views. Wherever you look, we will go to this beautiful interior terrace which serves as a space that I would put the shares longed for meditation or breathing purposes. The property’s first line goal was, well, don’t forget. We’ve got natural wood on the floor, vaulted ceilings with natural light wood on the ceiling as well. And remember that all the light colors always create a sensation of more amplitude and more space.
So definitely a very nice choice
