WATERFRONT Modern House, Welcome back to our fantastic property tours in this beautiful sunny Marbella, Spain. And today, I’ve got something extraordinary prepared for you. It’s an off-market pocket listing. You won’t be able to find this house anywhere else, the owner put this more than a beachfront mansion for sale 12 million years, and it’s extraordinary for me because I sold the current float with the old house to the current owner. Back in the days then we demolished the property together.

And I was involved as a project manager for 24 months in the construction process, working with construction companies, architects, suppliers, everybody. So there’s a lot of history back in here for me. Okay. The main specs on the house are the plot is two and a half 1000 square meters. Beachfront. This mansion is 1500 square meters, nine-bedroom suites, we’ve got an indoor and outdoor heated swimming pool. Okay, there’s plenty of parking space out here for cars.

And the insurance per se is a statement all by itself, we’ve got a mix of marble, glass, wood, and this metal white sheet, which in Spanish we call the local band, and its fragile layers of metal placed directly on the facade. The whole construction evolved around this tree, trying to preserve this feeling of nature combined with more than architecture. Again, lots of natural light blades, your machinery through that door we have the entrance to the garage, which unfortunately I cannot show you because there’s a complete car correction and it’s private. Sorry about that. I know we all like to see the cart. Of course, there’s a lift that connects all floors.

Very nice size changing rooms toilet there’s a gigantic shower that connects us directly with the indoor of course heated swimming pool we all love a good Hamam right. Just the closest, not right or best, which might be tricky. All right on count of 312 on this guy’s was a fantastic property, and it might sound strange, but for sale only for 12 million years because you get an impressive more than mansion beach from Mr. Baier.
